Returns Policy

7-Day Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy on returnable products only. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags intact. Non-Refundable Handling Fee: A ₹500 non-refundable charge will be applied on all Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid order returns. Self-Shipping Required: As we currently do not have a pickup facility, customers are required to self-ship the product to the address provided by our team. Note: Your courier cost should not exceed ₹300. Please use any reliable and cost-effective courier service for return shipping. Tampered Packages: Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery. OTP Safety: Do not share the delivery OTP with the courier unless you have physically received the product. Non-Returnable Orders: International orders are not eligible for return. Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are strictly non-returnable. Wrong or Missing Product: In case of a wrong or missing item, please share a clear unboxing video of the package.
